The Vestly is a cloud property management system for hotels. One plan, priced per room, with every feature included. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Paid plans are available for hotels in India for now. Hotels in other countries can use the free trial and the first 5 rooms free; contact us to talk about a plan.

What’s included
- A 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked and no room limit.
- After the trial, the first 5 rooms stay free. You pay only for rooms above 5.
- Unlimited staff accounts.
- Front desk, reservations, folios and billing, POS, guest QR requests, housekeeping and reports.
- Plans are billed yearly; there is no monthly plan. Rooms added part-way through a paid year are charged pro rata for the days left in it.
Example
A 12-room hotel pays for 7 rooms: 7 × ₹500 = ₹3,500, plus ₹630 GST, for a total of ₹4,130 per year.
Taxes, payment and cancellation
Prices exclude GST, which is charged at 18% on top. Plans are paid a year in advance online through Razorpay and never renew automatically — to stop, just don’t renew — and a GST tax invoice is emailed for every payment and can be downloaded from Settings → Billing.
